- Watermelon, cut into 1-inch cubes
- French or Greek block feta, cut into 1-inch cubes
- Chopped mint

Toss the watermelon cubes in the mint. Skewer the feta and watermelon cubes with the toothpicks (I like putting the watermelon on top and the feta on the bottom). Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
