INGREDIENTS

- 1 1/2 cups mixed olives (with pits)
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced orange zest
- 1 tablespoon thinly sliced lemon zest
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teasoon fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
- 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
