Hi friends!
It is HOT in Nashville, so I'm trying to use the oven as little as possible. I'm grilling and making lots of salads (like this Israeli Couscous Salad with Grilled Chicken) and putting peaches in everything, like this Peach Burrata Salad with Golden Tomatoes and Peach Blackberry Crumble. Two other summer go-to's: Pesto Spaghetti (my kids love this) and Heirloom Tomato Gazpacho. Enjoy!
