  • 1 1/2 cups mixed olives (with pits)
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced orange zest
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 teasoon fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons sherry vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

DIRECTIONS SHOW STEP-BY-STEP

Combine all ingredients in a bowl; let sit at room temperature for an hour for the flavors to mingle. (Can be made ahead several days in advance and stored in the refrigerator.)
